Ian is the Director of Energy Management Services for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This role encompass both daily operations and planning of capital construction on campus across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building control systems. Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with broad experience in bringing sustainable design, energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions to learning environments. Direct experience in Higher Education and as a LEED Project Administrator and developing energy based financial solutions in the K-12 and other markets. An invited speaker on energy efficiency, indoor air quality and sustainable design for national groups including the Council of Educational Facility Planners International, EPA Tools for Schools Program, and Rebuild America Energy Smart Schools Program. Interested in facilitating the creation of high quality learning environments enabling all learners to positively impact their neighbors and the world.
